Physiotherapist & Pilates Practitioner
Claire graduated as a physiotherapist with a first class honours degree in the UK in 2007, and has recently gained a postgraduate certificate in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Since qualifying she has worked in both the public and private sector, treating a wide variety of people and conditions. And is able to draw on this experience to deliver the most effective and appropriate treatment program for each individual client.
Claire qualified as a Pilate's instructor in 2010 and has since upskilled to include a specialist focus on pre and post-natal pilates. This background combine with Claire’s strong manual therapy skills and dry needling helps contribute to rehabilitation of patients to their full potential. Claire loves to nut out a good challenge, and has a particular affinity with runners given her love of the sport.
Outside of work, Claire enjoys spending her time outdoors, whether that be running (especially the trails), mountain biking or kayaking. Reading and travelling are also interests, so let her know if you’ve got any good recommendations!

Clint graduated from Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) in 2003. Since then he has worked in private practice treating all types of patients ranging from elite athletes, weekend warriors, artists/musicans, to the sedentary desk jockey. He gained a post-graduate diploma of musculoskeletal physiotherapy in 2009 and a graduate certificate of sports physiotherapy in 2014 through La Trobe University (Melbourne).
His interests include the management of persistent pain problems and the use of manual therapy and complimentary treatments. Clint utilises a holistic approach with his patients which recognises that each person is different. This entails a customised and personalised treatment allowing for the most effective and efficient rehabilitation process.
Clint is currently undertaking research looking at how physiotherapists use nonverbal communication to interact with patients. He plans to complete his study in 2018. He hopes that the findings of this research will help improve communication between patients and physiotherapists and in turn optimse treatment outcomes.

Ollie graduated from the University of South Australia first with a Bachelor of Human Movement, with a focus on sport and exercise science which only served to whet his appetite and he soon progressed to a Master of Physiotherapy. Ollie has since been Adelaide based where he honed his musculoskeletal skills in private practice as well as with local sporting teams. Ollie moved to the big smoke at the start of 2015 and we are very excited to have him as part of our team.
Ollie has a keen interest in treating sporting injuries, being a sportsman himself, he understands the impact that injury can have on your life and is passionate about using a combination of manual therapy, dry needling, education and functional exercises to help you return to your peak performance.
Ollie also has an interest in treating chronic pain and using the latest evidence based treatments to reduce the fear of movement and improve your quality of life.Outside of work Ollie enjoys spending time with his wife, playing soccer and exploring Sydney. Physiotherapist - Women's Health
Ruth graduated from Sydney University in 2001 and has more than 13 years experience working in private practice and with sporting teams. Ruth has a special interest in women's health, having undertaken further studies to treat pre and post natal patients, continence and pelvic floor conditions. Uniquely Ruth also has a long history of treating high level sporting injuries and has been the physiotherapist for the Cronulla Sharks Rugby League team as well as the NSW State of Origin team. She also has a strong interest in neck, jaw and lumbo-pelvic pain. Ruth uses a holistic approach to treat her patients incorporating manual therapy, muscle energy techniques, dry needling and exercise prescription leading to outstanding results and a loyal client base. Ruth is a qualified Pilates teacher and is undertaking her yoga teacher training. Outside of work she is a Yoga devotee and health nut and relishes spending time with her young children Ava and Hunter.

Jess opened Peak in 2009 aiming to provide the local community with a comprehensive health service where the focus remains on the client and serving their needs. Jess has a passion for returning clients to full health combined with extensive experience in injury and postural rehabilitation enabling her to provide the best treatment program for each individual depending on their needs. Jess regularly holds public educational seminars on common areas of injury aiming to prevent problems before they occur. In her spare time she is a self confessed fitness and health nut - an avid CrossFitter and running geek (just ask her a running question and see how excited she gets). Jess has completed her CrossFit Level 1 trainer certification, and provided on site support to athletes at the 2012 & 2013 CrossFit Games Australian Regional, and in her 'spare time' is completing a Masters in Human Nutrition, and audits courses for accreditation with the Australian Physiotherapy Association.

Toby comes from a martial arts background, and brings his experiences and observations into his massage practice in the form of myofascial release work, together with movement awareness and re-education. Toby delivers a strong effective massage, using a variety of soft tissue release methods to deliver effects that can be utilised off the table in both everyday movements and sport specific movements for athletes.

After working as a Fitness trainer for over 10 years Rob's natural progression was to complete his Diploma of Remedial Massage. Rob is a skilled practitioner providing a firm and effective massage, with a particular interest in Trigger Point therapy. He is passionate about the results and benefits of massage, tailoring your massage to your requirements.
To benefit clients Rob is also qualified in Dry Needling. The aim of Dry Needling is to achieve a local twitch response to release muscle tension and pain by utilising the filament needle into muscle trigger point regions. Dry Needling is performed to elicit a healing response in these tissues. Rob can incorporate Dry Needling into a Remedial Massage or book a specific Dry Needling appointment.
