Pelvic health is thankfully becoming a more recognised aspect of healthcare – given that around 80% of women will experience some form of pelvic floor dysfunction or symptoms at some point in their life, we know that problems are common – but they don’t need to be! If you need help with some of the below, our resident pelvic health physio Jess has completed significant post graduate training in women’s health and pelvic floor physiotherapy and would love to help you address these issues. She herself is a mum of three, and an avid runner, swimmer and crossfitter, and is super passionate about women’s health.
