This is a trying time for all of us. We all have a responsibility to do what we can to limit the spread of COVID-19, and as physios we are able to treat you remotely just as effectively as we can in person.
This means you don’t need to be stuck at home and in pain. During the telehealth consultation with one of our awesome physios we will assess and diagnose the problem and effectively treat the problem (we can be very creative) and prescribe a home program for you. If we can’t help you, we won’t charge you – but we know we can help!
We will guide and educate you and prescribe your treatment without you having to come to our clinic. You will talk and interact with your therapist as in real time – just as you would in a face-to-face consultation.
We can get you back to your life again ASAP.
Your first appointment will involve a detailed history of the problem and determine its cause, then we get stuck into treatment in order to get you feeling better straight away.
Treatment usually involves progressive exercise prescription to return you to optimal function as quickly as possible. We focus on educating and equipping you to take control of your body and health, and will communicate with your GP, personal trainer or other treating health professional to meet your needs.
We also recognise that everyone is experiencing varying degrees of financial hardship and so are charging significantly less than our usual rates at this time. Your first appointment will be charged at our usual standard consultation rate, and any follow-ups at our short consultation rates which is a saving of around $45 per session. And as mentioned earlier, if we cannot help you then we will not charge you.
We pride ourselves on being up to date with the latest physiotherapy research and treatment techniques to ensure maximum effectiveness and ongoing benefits to our patients. We are experienced in the treatment of both sporting injuries and postural dysfuntions, our physios have special interests in women’s health, pelvic floor, treating runners, and CrossFit athletes.
