Things you should know about your body

There are a lot of very unhelpful beliefs about bodies out there; here are some of the most common:

1. Your pelvis is not twisted, tilted or in the wrong position.

2. Your gluts are not asleep or switched off.

3. Your leg length difference isn’t a problem, or even very special.

4. You don’t need to focus on your deep “core” muscles.

5. Your disc bulge is not a back pain life sentence.

Our bodies are amazing! They are far more resilient than we ever give them credit for. They are able to withstand far greater internal and external forces than we might think. And are far more resilient than you might think.

Sometimes we get pain, often that can be quite normal too.
